Large-scale dimensioned hydraulic cylinders with continuous piston rod are supplied seperately by means of a double pump. Automatic return of the cutter bar and a clear survey of the cutting process. Hydraulic cylinder and oil supplies are integrated in the frame. A nearly maintenancefree hydraulic system is as natural as clearly arranged operating elements.

Special equipment

  • Caused by the combination of guillotine shear and welded wire mesh isolator type MVT 600, meshes lifting device and meshes storage an economic machining by only one operator is possible
  • The automatic meshes storage with measuring length stop and a measuring rail of 3 m length can be adjusted to the width of the welded wire mesh and guarantees a stackable storage of the cut meshes. From 6 m working width onwards a meshes subcarrier is recommended
  • Optionally the measuring stop can be provided with computer control so that 100 m measuring length can be stored
